Putting my feet up and reading Donald Barthelme after sweating over an embarrassing sex scene. Writing sex scenes in novels is actually more embarrassing than acting in them, and that has been scientifically proven.

Walter Carlos' Switched On Bach II

Here's what I'm listening to today...
After undergoing a sex change operation in 1972, Walter Carlos is now known as Wendy Carlos. She's probably best known for scoring films like Clockwork Orange and Tron, and was great buddies with Bob Moog -- she even helped to develop Moog's technology through early adoption and feedback of his synths. She also photographs solar eclipses. Pretty cool.
